Hi! I hope everyone enjoyed yourselves yesterday! Thanks everyone for making this party a success. (detailed ones, below: by yenshan and yvonne) Haha.

Anyway, i'm here to tell you about where your money is spent on and how much leftover we have. :DDD

We collected $303. (still got some ppl havent pay the full amount!!!! Should be $312!)

Chicken Wings and Beehoon: $76
Giant: $64.40
NTUC: $18.60
Otah and Satay: $41 ($5 delivery charge included)
Prawns: $18
Ice: $16.75 (2 more wire gauze included)
BBQ pit and garden lounge fee: $30 (paid by alex, ty!)
Decoration: $10

Left: $67.25 (after we collected the remaining $9)

However, we'll need to pay for the broken glass table which will cost about $100. So is it okay if we use this $67.25 to pay for it and the rest of the cost, the girls will fork out themselves?

Hi, we've decided to change some food.

Cake---> Jelly. Conical shape one.
Rose syrup--> Orange Juice.

And i have a good news and a bad news.

Good is that, we'll have otah. :D

Bad is that, there might be thunderstorm on monday.

Haha, so lets pray for no rain. And PLEASE bring extra clothes haahahah, and swimming costumes if you want swim.

And last but not least, below is the plan for the day. Just a rough one.

Time
2pm: Giant to get food, charcoal and others.
3pm: Proceed to bus stop and go to alex's condo.
3.45pm: Reached.
4.00pm: Can try to take keys first and we'll start preparing the food.
4.05pm: The decoration i/cs can come and do their job.
4.30pm: Drinks i/c come to prepare drinks.
4.45pm: Everyone come.
5pm: Assemble: Briefing, performance by malay girls*.
5.30pm-6.30pm: Free time, swim, play, walk. Malay girls eat(*as they need to return home early).
6.30pm-9pm: Games & BBQ.
9pm: Powerpoint for mr chan (go alex's house watch). If too big group, half half.
9.20pm: Speech by mr chan.
9.35pm: Can continue to play games if want, or even stay at alex's condo. Can go home too.
9.40pm: Can pack up already.
10.45pm:Can return keys.
10.50pm:Home sweet home.

BBQ farewell party!

Hey everyone! Most of the details for BBQ party is confirmed!

It will be held at alex's condo, lake holmz*, from 4.45pm-10pm on 15 JUNE. You can leave early or stay later if you want.

Please bring along $8** with you on MONDAY 8 JUNE and also the note of less than 20 words for mr chan (pass to shannon).

There will be games organised too. You can also spend your time swimming there so do bring extra clothes in case you're being thrown into the pool.

Please wear black or white t-shirt that day. Casual and decent(girls) please. Preferably no mini skirt, spaghetti strap!

*Lake holmz:

1. You can take bus 98. One stop after lakeside MRT.

2. You can take bus 30 from boon lay, around 3 stops.

3. You can also take MRT to lakeside then turn right and pass by cheers then walk all the way straight for about 7min.

4. Take taxi.

Alex will then welcome you in. :D

My brother's laptop has a wider screen and the crayons are like in the middle.
